Terms of Use (for Commercial Use)
Thanks so much for using my clipart! Here’s a quick guide on what is and isn’t allowed when you’re using it in resources you sell or share with others.
Note: If you’re just using the images with your own students in your own classroom — do your thing! These rules are only for commercial use.
What You Can Do (aka the fun stuff!)
Use in digital or printable educational resources (paid or free) with learning content — think worksheets, slides, games, task cards, color-by-code (as long as text is added!), classroom posters, labels, etc.
Use in editable resources – as long as there is some text that’s not editable.
Use in resources you create on digital platforms like TPT, Boom Cards™, Google Slides™, Canva™, and more.
Use in drag-and-drop/ moveable activities with the Extended License.
Use clipart in printed/ self-published books if you have the Extended License for Amazon/ KDP Workbooks and have registered your license via the Google Form.
Use in educational craft-ivities – resources that combine crafts with educational text/ content such as writing prompts, worksheets, etc.
Please include credit when using my clipart — just a quick mention with my logo and a link back to my TpT store is perfect!
What You Can’t Do:
Sell clipart or give away clipart on its own.
Use clipart in resources without any educational text/ content (e.g., resources cannot be images only – coloring pages, crafts without educational content, etc)
Use clipart in printed/ self-published books (like Amazon/ KDP) unless you have the Extended License for Amazon/ KDP Workbooks and have registered your license via the Google Form.
Use clipart in physical products (tee-shirts, mugs, etc) or non-educational use (eg, birthday party invitations)
