After much thought, I decided to make my license terms more flexible so that you can have a lot more options when creating your amazing resources. This change also makes my art much more vulnerable but I would prefer to be in support of you incredible teachers and what you will now be able to create. The license value has increased with this change in flexibility/ vulnerability – I plan to put it on sale monthly to help make it accessible to more teachers! This is an extended use license that allows a single user to create digital products with MOVEABLE pieces using any of my clipart images on the following platforms: Google Slides/ Google Drive, PowerPoint/ Keynote presentations, Smartboard files, and Microsoft One-Drive. HOW TO REGISTER YOUR LICENSE:
This license is NOT active until you register it…which is super simple! Just send me a quick little email to Sasha@RainbowSprinkleStudio.com with your name, TPT store name, email address and Order ID. I will send you back a confirmation email and then you’re good to go! 🙂
**This license is not required to use clipart as moveable images on Boom Learning Cards, SeeSaw or TPT Easel since Boom and SeeSaw are secured platforms.
**This license is not required for NON-moveable images in digital products (images that are secured as part of the background image and that cannot be moved).
**This license is not required if you are creating resources with moveable images for *personal use ONLY* (meaning you are using resources only with your own students or your own children). If you are creating resources with moveable images to either to sell or to share/ distribute to anyone else besides your own students/children, this license is required.
*Please note: Clipart *cannot* be used to create digital stickers or stamps, since digital stickers are a form of clipart. Clipart must be used in educational products with original educational content. Thank you!
**Use of Images in Apps is NOT permitted.** Clipart must be used as a design element along with your own educational content (not as standalone graphics or in templates without educational content)
